In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 22, 2008 No. 38 “On the reorganization of the Republican State Enterprise “Center for Astrophysical Research” of the National Space Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsidiaries of State enterprises” in accordance with subparagraph 3 of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to modernize and improve the efficiency of the public administration system, the right to own and use the state a package of shares of JSC “National Center for Space Research and Technology” was transferred to the Aerospace committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan
